To often in our lives we are afraid to take risks, because
we are forever weighing up the options of negative outcomes. And being afraid
of taking risks prohibits us from truly living a fulfilled life. Failure is
often the negative outcome which we are afraid of. Life is unpredictable and is
all about taking risks...think about it, if you haven't already. To fail
indicates that you have tried something. To not attempt is worse than failure,
because you can learn from the mistakes and try again with new perspective.

As Rudolf said last week, failure isn't failure, it's an opportunity to re-evaluate what works and what doesn't. I really like this post.
